What is the IN HOME Therapy attendance policy?

Congratulations, you are one of the few families that have in-home therapy! Attendance is particularly important for in-home therapy. Attendance is crucial for your child to progress in therapy. In addition, our clinicians have a set driving schedule that is heavily impacted by cancellations, and heavy demand for in-home therapy means a canceled appointment was a missed opportunity for another family. For these reasons, we are instituting a strict 100% attendance policy for in-home therapy.

If you must miss an appointment, please make sure to schedule a makeup Zoom session with the office. Failure to schedule a makeup session or get approval for an absence in advance will cause you to lose your place on the schedule.

Can I attend my child’s therapy?

Yes! We encourage parents and guardians to attend their child’s therapy session. Please be aware that this is specific to private therapy spaces within the clinic. If your child’s therapy will take place in a shared space, attendance will be limited to the therapist and the client (your child) only in accordance with HIPAA regulations and client safety.

How much will services cost?

As a health care provider our office understands that you as a parent have many choices in providers and we are pleased you have selected our office for your child’s healthcare needs. We are committed to providing quality therapy services to your child. With this commitment we believe a clear understanding of our financial policy is imperative.
