What is Executive Functioning?
Executive functioning and self-regulation skills are the mental processes that enable us to plan, focus attention, remember instructions, and juggle multiple tasks successfully. These skills depend on three types of brain function: working memory, mental flexibility, and self-control.

- Improving their memory skills
 - Organizing their thoughts to have more coherent conversations
 - Remembering what they are told to avoid repeating instructions
 - Difficulty beginning a task due to the inability to plan
 - Time management difficulties
 - Seeing the bigger picture and missing details
 - Retelling stories or events in a linear chronological order
 - Completing day-to-day tasks like self-cares, morning and bedtime routines, and academic routines
 - Difficulty with Socialization
